Refund Policy

A user can request for refund for the wrong charges debited form the account of the user when verified that even after the proper usage of the Charging station the vehicle is not charged. Tobor EV Charging Stations will, upon request vis mail/toll free contact number support@tobor.in, shall issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 7 days of availing the service from the charging stations not been of use. There are more details below, but even if one fall outside of the refund rules as described, one can ask for a refund anyways and the company shall have the exclusive discretion to allow or reject the claim. 

One shall be issued a full refund of the purchase of service within 7 days of such incidence. One shall receive the refund through the same payment gateway method as used at the time of purchase of the charging service. If for no reason Tobor EV Charging Stations is unable to issue a refund via the initial payment method, we shall provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Some payment methods in certain areas may not be available or supporting within the jurisdiction of refunding a purchase back of the original payment method. 

When and Where will the refund apply?

WE offer refund only if the claim is raised within 7 days of availing of the disputed services. The claims so raised shall be done exclusively on the application of the Company. 

Misuse/Abuse

Refunds are designed to remove the risks from purchasing the services – not as a way to get free services. If it appears that the user is misusing or abusing the refund process, the offers or services may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn from the user for the registered vehicles, it means if found abusing the process the user vehicle shall be blacklisted from the Tobor EV Charging Network and the same shall be marked and reported to the other networks too.
