Daytime generation is captured by the TOBOR power conversion instead of exported cheaply.

30 kW – 10 MW · MTX · PTX · CTX
LFP storage with in-house BMS, EMS and bidirectional PCS. Holds the solar for evening and night charging.

30 – 240 kW · CCS2 · OCPP 1.6J
The battery covers the charging burst, so chargers run at rated power on a small connection.

Cars · fleets · buses
Vehicles charge on stored solar energy, with sessions, payments and receipts in the TOBOR app.
Midday generation goes into the battery, then into vehicles in the evening and overnight — when most fleets and drivers actually charge.
The BESS discharges at charger rating during a session and refills from solar or off-peak grid between sessions. No waiting on a transformer upgrade.
Battery, power conversion, chargers and software come from one engineering team — one point of accountability and one dashboard, from commissioning to service.
Reference designs from real TOBOR project offers — each with its single-line diagram, operating modes and specification. Start from the closest one and we size it to your site.
Use them together as a solar-to-EV system, or on their own: the same TOBOR BMS, EMS and power-module architecture runs from a 30 kW cabinet to a 10 MW block — and the chargers that sit on top of it.
We own the engineering from the battery pack to the cloud: BMS, EMS, bidirectional PCS, charger controllers and firmware — integrated into LFP packs, racks, cabinets and containers at our Gurugram facility.
Follow the energy from a single cell to a container. One modular architecture, engineered from the inside out.

The starting point of the CTX-5000 architecture. Individual LFP cells are assembled into packs with voltage and temperature sensing.

Fourteen cells form a pack. The battery management system monitors the cells and coordinates protection across the system.

Eighteen packs build one rack, with its own bidirectional power conversion module. This modular architecture lets the project scale in defined steps.

Twenty racks form the CTX-5000 container. Four containers form a CTX-B20 block rated at 10 MW / 20.26 MWh. Final configuration is confirmed for the project.
Explore CTX-5000 specificationsStore your solar in a PTX or CTX battery and dispatch it straight into TOBOR DC chargers — fleets and public hubs charging on their own energy.
Store midday solar from captive or open-access plants and dispatch it into evening peaks. CTX-6600 delivers ~3.8 h from a single container.
The same battery flattens your maximum demand when vehicles are not charging. PTX systems from 250 kW to 2 MW, sized from your 15-minute interval data.
10 MW / 20 MWh blocks on 33 kV with sub-100 ms response for energy arbitrage, frequency response and black start.
Type 6 and Type 7 DC chargers for two- and three-wheelers are our highest-selling charging category. Add AC Type 2 for homes and destinations, CCS-2 DC for cars and depots, and TOBOR software to connect it all. One partner for your next bay or your entire network.
State of charge, rack temperatures, dispatch schedules, charger sessions and alarms in real time — from a single cabinet to a multi-site portfolio of containers and charging hubs.

Compare industrial BESS →Yes. TOBOR offers PTX-500 (500 kW / 514.5 kWh), PTX-1000 (1 MW / 1,028.9 kWh) and PTX-2000 (2 MW / 2,057.8 kWh). The CTX range includes 1.75 MW / 6.64 MWh, 2.5 MW / 5.06 MWh and 10 MW / 20.26 MWh configurations. These are industrial and utility battery storage systems; the portable Info Lite range serves a separate small-load application.
Compare industrial systems above 250 kW →TOBOR is a battery energy storage system (BESS) manufacturer and system integrator based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Its industrial portfolio includes PTX systems at 500 kW, 1 MW and 2 MW, and CTX configurations up to 10 MW, with battery management, power conversion and energy management controls.
TOBOR's BESS company profile →TOBOR's commercial and industrial range includes MTX cabinets and PTX systems from 30 kW to 2 MW. Its CTX utility range includes 2.5 MW / 5.06 MWh containers and 10 MW / 20.26 MWh blocks. kW and MW describe power; kWh and MWh describe stored energy. Select both for the site's load and required backup duration.
Compare battery systems →Yes. TOBOR integrates solar generation, battery storage and EV charging with energy management software. Batteries can store solar energy for later use and buffer charging demand. System sizing depends on the solar profile, charging demand, grid connection and operating schedule.
Explore system designs →Start with the peak load in kW, the energy needed during an outage in kWh, motor starting loads and the available charging time. TOBOR sizes systems using site requirements and load data. Savings depend on diesel consumption, electricity tariffs, operating hours and the selected battery system.
Plan diesel replacement →Yes. TOBOR offers AC, CCS2 DC and light-EV chargers, charging station management software and the Tobor driver app. Drivers can use the app to find listed chargers and check availability. Property owners and fleet operators can compare charger hardware and request a site design with optional battery storage.
